All industrial relations matters are handled in a fair and equitable manner consistent with enterprise agreements entered into by Jarvis Constructions and its subcontractors, relevant awards and governing legislation. We are committed to resolving grievances and disputes in a timely manner and will facilitate communication between the relevant parties..

Implementing these policies on company projects gives Jarvis Constructions an opportunity to continually improve its industrial relations and management performance, and ensure project staff are aware of, understand and manage the issues which most commonly cause problems.

All members of the Jarvis Constructions senior management team are authorised to ensure that the requirements of the company’s environmental policy statement are implemented. Any problems that cannot be resolved are brought to the company director’s attention for final resolution.
