At the recent 2011 Master Builders Association Awards Night at Darling Harbour in Sydney, Jarvis Constructions was awarded the category winner for Residential Alterations & Additions ($1m to $1.5m ) carried out for a Mosman Home.
This project incorporated major alterations to the existing dwelling and the addition of a first floor. One of the key features of work was the high degree of quality timber works required, and this is where the Jarvis carpenters really excelled. Major aspects of work included:

Extensive Carpentry throughout
Site Built Joinery
Site Built Decorative Roof Trusses
Floating Timber Decks over membraned balconies
Spiral Staircases and Curved Balastrades
A Detached Garage / Shed
External Paving and Landscaping

The award was accepted by our principal, Dominic Jarvis, along with director, James Brooks and the man who managed and delivered the fine project, our experienced Site Manager, Peter Carr.
